Elsie is a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant working at Dr. Brian Gradinger, DMD. She focuses on helping patients feel comfortable during their visit. During her job as a dental assistant, Dr. Gradinger helps the dentist with several treatments. At the office, Elsie also helps patients get ready for their appointments by taking X-rays and images, and provides support during a dental treatment. She aims to make each step clear and stress-free so patients feel safe. With a mindset of collaboration, Elsie works with the entire dental team to offer a smooth dental experience. Patients appreciate her gentle approach and the way she helps create a calm and welcoming environment at the office.

Ramona is a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist at the office of Dr. Brian Gradinger, DMD. She takes pride in helping patients feel at ease and making sure their visits are as comfortable as possible. At the dental office, Ramona supports Dr. Gradinger and the team with several dental tasks, and also helps our patients prepare for dental appointments, takes X-rays and helps chairside during treatments. Her detail-focused approach helps patients receive quality care in a comfortable environment. Ramona collaborates and works closely with the team to offer efficient care that meets patient needs. With her friendly personality and dedication, Ramona plays an important role in making every visit to Dr. Gradinger’s office a positive experience.

Wendy works as a Registered Dental Assistant at the office of Dr. Brian Gradinger, DMD she helps patients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive until their visit is complete. In her role, Wendy assists Dr. Gradinger with a wide range of treatments. She helps prepare patients for their appointments, takes digital X-rays, and provides chairside support during procedures. Her calm personality makes patients feel reassured while ensuring each step of their care is handled smoothly, making her a well-known and favourite professional amongst our patients. Her friendly presence and dedication help create a welcoming environment, making every visit to Dr. Gradinger’s office a calm and comfortable dental experience overall.

Melissa is a professional Registered Dental Assistant working at Dr. Brian Gradinger, DMD. She has a very positive personality and the ability to put patients at ease through friendly conversation and the care she shows to them. As a dental assistant, she assists our staff in preparing treatment rooms and assists patients in feeling at ease by making them feel less anxious. Melissa likes to be a part of a team that emphasizes both great care and patient comfort. She teaches the patients about the after-care guidelines in order to have a healthy smile with complete dedication and concern for the patient, making her a vital member of the team.

Jessie became interested in dentistry after becoming a Dental Assistant at age 16. She decided that hygiene was the path she wanted to follow after assisting a hygienist and learning how oral health can impact your overall health. She is passionate about all aspects of healthy living. In 2007, she graduated from Salt Lake Community College in Utah. She has been married since 2005 and has 2 fur babies – a Chihuahua named Tank and a cat named Buddy. She enjoys creating and cooking healthy recipes, hiking, camping and being outdoors. She loves DIY projects, arts & crafts, is always working on a cross-stitch and enjoys reading a good book. Fun fact: Jessie is also ambidextrous! She has been a fantastic addition to our office since 2019.

Tracee has been in the dental field since 2009 and became a part of our team in 2019. She started as a Dental Assistant and was quickly interested in front office duties. She has been happily married since 2003 and is a very involved mom of 2 boys. She enjoys going to their games, track meets and other activities. She loves her 2 dogs, Dexter and Lola, who are a huge part of their family. She roots for the Dodgers, loves hiking and watching documentaries.

Diana has been a Dental Hygienist since 1997 and has been an integral part of our team since 2018. Dentistry runs in Diana’s family – her great-grandmother was a dentist in Russia and her aunt is a pediatric dentist in Spain! She started her career in orthodontics as a Dental Assistant and loved the personal interaction with her patients. She studied at Pasadena City College and went on to become a Hygienist. Diana is known for her gentle touch and thorough cleanings – her patients’ comfort is her number one priority. She has been happily married since 1997 and has 2 wonderful kids. She enjoys time with her family and friends, reading suspense novels and taking weekend trips with her family.
