If you require dental work, you will be provided with a treatment plan which will include a breakdown of all applicable fees and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is rendered. Payment is expected at the time of service, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment.
Dental Insurance Information
If you are fortunate to have dental insurance, we will submit all your insurance claims as a convenience to you. We will assist you in receiving your full insurance benefits, however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
Medical Insurance Information
As a courtesy to our patients, in an effort to help keep costs down for certain procedures not covered by dental insurance, we can bill your medical insurance on your behalf as well.
